The Yacht is situated on a 3-acre peninsula that is a restricted use community area that was incorporated 1972 for the use and enjoyment of the members inside of the platted yacht club boundaries. These boundaries, both tier and waterfront lots, included in this membership group can be identified on a Lake Viking Map by a line running across the lake’s south end from lot 1220 to lot 739. Amenities include a sand beach, boat ramp, club house, fish station and boat docks. Yacht Club members pay yearly dues to support the upkeep, real estate taxes and utilities in addition to the yearly VVA dues and assessments. Their tight knit community that works hard to maintain this little slice of paradise without the assistance of the lake’s maintenance crew.
