The Board of Directors will hold an open meeting “Planning Session” @ 1:00 pm in the Clubhouse lower level, on the Monday 2 weeks prior to each regular monthly Board Meeting. Exception: If that Monday falls on a holiday, the Planning Session will be held the following day (Tuesday).
