Building Committee

Building Committee: Gregory Hall, Janet VanWye, Tim Champagne, Kelly Rich, Richard Woodruff, Kelly Mathenia,  Robert Walton (Interim Chair and Board Contact).

Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 4:30 pm in the upper level of the clubhouse. Building permits are required to be approved by the Building Committee prior to the start of any construction as stated in the Covenants, Restrictions, By-Laws, Rules, and Regulations of the Viking Valley Association.
